Sector coverage
Where we take mandates
We work in sectors where we can verify assumptions against people who actually operate in them. If a mandate falls outside these, we will say so rather than learn on your fee.
Real estate & mixed-use development
Residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes — feasibility, phasing, absorption and pricing evidence, development funding structures and investor packaging. The sector where sponsor optimism and lender assumptions diverge most, and where independent testing earns its fee fastest.
Infrastructure, energy & utilities
Power, water, renewables, transport and social infrastructure. Long-dated cash flows, offtake and concession structures, construction and counterparty risk, and funding packages that have to survive twenty years of sensitivity.
Hospitality, leisure & F&B
Hotels, serviced residences, destination leisure and multi-site food and beverage. ADR and occupancy benchmarking, operator agreement review, ramp-up realism and unit economics that hold beyond the first flagship.
Healthcare & education
Clinics, hospitals, diagnostics, schools and training providers. Catchment and demand analysis, regulatory and licensing pathways, capacity utilisation and the staffing cost curve that decides the margin.
Trade, logistics & industrials
Distribution, warehousing, manufacturing and commodity trade. Working capital cycles, trade finance structures, concentration risk and the difference between a busy business and a profitable one.
Technology & financial services
Software, platforms, payments and fintech. Unit economics, cohort retention, revenue quality and the regulatory perimeter — including where a proposition would require a licence the company does not yet hold.
Family offices & private investors
Investment policy support, opportunity screening, independent second opinions on proposals already on the table, and diligence on managers, sponsors and co-investors.
Geography
The UAE and wider GCC are our core market, with selected mandates across the Levant, North and East Africa, South Asia and Europe — typically where a client here is investing there, or an investor there is entering this market.
