Capabilities
What we are engaged to do
Eight service lines across financial and management consultancy, all within the activities licensed to us in Meydan Free Zone. Each is scoped and priced individually; most mandates combine two or three.
Advisory and transactions
Getting the structure right, then getting it done.
Financial consultancy & advisory
Ongoing or project-based advice on capital structure, funding strategy, cost of capital, business planning, budgeting and financial governance. Typical outputs: a funding strategy paper, a restructured capital plan, or a board-ready business plan with a supporting model.
Management consultancy
Corporate strategy, operating model and organisation design, performance and cost improvement, governance and internal control, process and systems review, growth and market-entry planning, and turnaround support. Where a financial plan depends on the business running differently, this is the work that makes it deliverable.
Capital advisory & broking
We prepare the proposition — information memorandum, model, diligence pack — then take it to the banks, financial institutions, funds and investors most likely to transact, and negotiate terms alongside you through to signing.
Transaction & corporate advisory
Support on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and group restructuring — valuation ranges, deal structure, negotiation strategy and coordination of legal and tax advisers.
Analysis and evidence
The work that decides whether a transaction should happen at all.
Due diligence
Financial, commercial and operational diligence on an acquisition target, a partner, a project sponsor or a counterparty. We test revenue quality, working capital, related-party exposure, contract terms and management claims, and report red flags with their valuation impact.
Risk assessment
A structured view of what can go wrong and what it would cost: project and construction risk, credit and counterparty risk, market and currency risk, regulatory and country risk. Delivered as a register with owners, triggers, likelihood, impact and mitigation.
Feasibility studies
Does the project stand up — commercially, operationally and financially? Demand and pricing evidence, capex and opex build-up, phasing, funding requirement, returns under base, downside and stress cases, and a clear go / no-go recommendation.
Market research & sector intelligence
Market sizing, demand studies, pricing and competitor benchmarking, market-entry assessments and regulatory scans — built on interviews and primary sources, with the methodology and sample stated in the report.
Deliverables
What lands on your desk at the end.
Every engagement ends in a document you can circulate — to a board, a credit committee, an investor or a counterparty — with sources, dates and assumptions stated in full.

How we are engaged
Every mandate begins with a written engagement letter setting out the question, the scope, the deliverable, the timeline and the fee — including any success component. Confidentiality applies from first contact, and we will sign an NDA before receiving data room material.
