What we do

Seven capabilities, one discipline: prove it before you recommend it.

Every mandate we take is scoped in writing, priced before work starts, and delivered by the people who won it. Below is the register of what we are engaged for most often.

Capital structure, funding strategy, business planning and board-level financial advice for companies at every stage of growth.

Demand, pricing, competitor and entry studies built on primary evidence: operators, distributors and buyers, not aggregated desktop data.

Why clients appoint us

Independent by structure, not by slogan.

Independent by appointment

We are engaged for a view, not to place a product. What we recommend is what the evidence supports — and we will say so when the answer is no.

Senior people, start to finish

The person who scopes your mandate is the person who writes the report. Nothing is handed down to a junior team after the pitch.

Findings you can hand over

Deliverables are built to survive a lender’s credit committee, an investment committee or a regulator’s question — sourced, dated and defensible.

How a mandate runs

Four stages. You know the cost and the deliverable at each one.

Stage 01

Scope and terms

A short working session, then a written engagement letter: question, evidence required, deliverable, timeline, fee. No open-ended retainers.

Stage 02

Evidence and analysis

Data room review, management interviews, site and market verification, and a model built from primary sources rather than the sponsor’s deck.

Stage 03

Structure and options

We set out the realistic routes — and the ones we would not pursue — with the sensitivities, risks and counterparty appetite behind each.

Stage 04

Execution support

Preparing the information package, coordinating diligence, introducing and negotiating with licensed institutions and investors through to signing.

Where we work

Sectors where the numbers turn on things you can only learn on the ground.

Feasibility for a Dubai hospitality asset and feasibility for a regional logistics platform are not the same exercise. We take mandates in sectors where we can test assumptions against operators, contractors and market participants we already know.

  • Real estate and mixed-use development
  • Infrastructure, energy and utilities
  • Hospitality, leisure and F&B
  • Healthcare and education
  • Trade, logistics and industrials
  • Technology and financial services
