Senior debt
First-ranking debt at the lowest cost of capital, where the cash flow supports it.
Lending & Financing
Twelve structures. One facility built around the business.
From senior and bridge to venture debt and refinancing take-outs, written directly by RFG and refinanced or syndicated through our capital partners. Secured and unsecured.
Illustrative only. The stack is built around cash flow and the security actually available.
Twelve structures
One line on each. Most larger facilities combine more than one.
First-ranking debt at the lowest cost of capital, where the cash flow supports it.
Sits behind senior debt to stretch leverage without new equity.
Senior and junior debt in one facility, one lender group, one set of terms.
Short-dated funding against a defined exit: a sale, a refinancing or a receipt.
Limited-recourse debt secured on a project’s contracts and cash flows.
Debt to fund a purchase, sized to the combined business.
Facilities secured on property, equipment, inventory or receivables.
Funding for the trade cycle: pre-export, invoice and supply-chain finance.
Revolving lines that move with the business’s cash cycle.
Debt at holding-company level, with interest paid in kind where cash must stay in the business.
Unsecured funding for asset-light and growth businesses, repaid from revenue.
Replacing existing debt before the maturity or covenant becomes the problem.
Where the structuring is the mandate
Some files are fundable only once the structure is right. That work is where we add the most.
Senior, mezzanine and holdco debt combined, with inter-creditor terms agreed so each layer knows where it stands.
Asset-light, technology and e-commerce businesses funded on cash flow, contracts and recurring revenue.
Borrower, security and lenders in different jurisdictions, drawn and repaid in the currency the business earns in.
Bridges with a defined exit, rescue capital and refinancing ahead of a maturity wall.

Our role, stated plainly. Royal Financial Group lends directly, and refinances, syndicates or participates its facilities through capital partners across the GCC, Europe and Asia. Every facility is subject to satisfactory due diligence, credit approval and formal documentation.
Frequently asked questions
Twelve: senior debt, mezzanine and subordinated, unitranche and stretch senior, bridge, project finance, acquisition finance, asset-backed lending, trade and receivables, working capital and revolving, holdco, PIK and shareholder debt, revenue-based and venture debt, and refinancing and take-out.
Yes. Most larger facilities combine layers, for example senior debt with a mezzanine tranche, or a bridge with an agreed refinancing take-out. The stack is built around cash flow and the security actually available.
No. We write secured and unsecured facilities. Where there is no hard collateral, the structure rests on cash flow, contracts and counterparty strength.
It depends on what the money is for, how it will be repaid and what sits behind it. We diagnose that first, then propose the structure, and tell you plainly if another route fits better.
The company, what it needs, the amount involved, the purpose of funds, its trading history and the security available. None is fine.
